If you’re curious to know what I generally eat in the mornings throughout the week, it’s usually some porridge or different variation of oats. Today I decided to focus on presentation and spice my usual boring oats with some breakfast mix, banana and blueberries. If you’re a stinge like me and can’t afford a bag of $8 muesli, it’s always worth a try checking out the scoop and weigh at your local grocery store!

Servings: 1
Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup quick oats
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup oat milk
Handful of Blueberries
1/2 Banana
1tbs Muesli of your choice (mine came with almonds, hazelnuts and coconut flakes)
1 tsp Brekkie boost mix (Coles)
1tsp Peanut butter
Sprinkle of cinnamon
sprinkle of Chia seeds
Optional: Maple syrup for added sweetness
Method:
1. Pour oats and cinnamon into a bowl. Add water and oat milk and heat in the microwave for 90 seconds.
2. Remove from microwave and give it a stir. Top with assorted garnishes, and a spoonful of peanut butter.
